Spring Semester is Over !

So this semester went by so fast that I can't even remember what I did. I love being back in Rexburg, but I miss my family and wish I was going back home to see them. I spent a lot of time studying and also time with Dallin. Classes were not hard at all this semester and I had a lot of time on my hands. I wish that I would had done better in my classes, especially in Spanish. So I am staying here in rexburg for the summer break and I still don't have a job. I have applied at over 6 different places and nothing has come up. It is so hard to find a job in rexburg because it is so small and there are too many people in a small town. Anyways, school is over so now I'll have more time to go running, biking and to the lake. Let's hope I can find a job so I can be productive while Dallin is working everyday from 9-5 every day =(. Anyways, everything is great and I am glad school is over. It was about time.

FINALLY WE HAVE A CAR !

We finally got a car, after all the trouble we went through. We saw six different types of cars in less than two weeks. Some were good and some were bad. As we tried to find the car that would fit us, we became more familiar with the principle of patience. The first guy that we met was selling a Mazda 6 and we liked it a lot. We started the loan process with the bank and for the next two weeks we thought we were going to finally get a car. We setup an appointment to meet with the guy and hand him a check, but we received a phone call from him in which he told us that he was not going to sell the car anymore. We were very disappointed and mad at the fact that he called the day before with the bad news. We moved on and we knew we could not lose faith so we looked at three or four other cars and none of them were suitable. We met with another guy that owned a Chevy Cobalt. It was really nice and we liked it maybe even more than the Mazda. He told us that he was has serious and that he was going to sell it to us in a week. We were so happy that we had found the car and it was in really good condition. The next morning, Dallin received an email from the guy saying sorry, and that he was not going to sell it to us because someone had offered him more money. Once again, we were very disappointed and ready to give up. That weekend I decided to go to Utah to see other cars while Dallin stayed in Rexburg trying to find a car. I came back saturday night and sunday morning we recieved a call from a guy that was selling a similar Chevy Cobalt for less miles and less money. We were very excited and we really liked the car. That Tuesday we again filled out the necessary paperwork. On Wednesday we traveled to Idaho Falls, met up the guy and bought the car. It was a blessing from God. We were so blessed to find the car and it was worth the trials that we went through while searching for one. We learned a valuable lesson and we know next time to be more patience and trust in the Lord because he knows what is best for us. We love the car and we are very grateful for it.
